Cameron Highlands is a hill district in Pahang, Malaysia, known for its cool climate, rolling farmland, forested slopes, and mountain scenery. Mossy Forest, near Brinchang, contains montane vegetation, moss-covered trees, orchids, and other plants adapted to the cool, humid environment. The highlands also have several waterfalls and forest trails, while farms cultivate strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, and flowers. Gunung Brinchang and nearby forest areas provide access to higher elevations, with trails leading through habitats that differ from the cultivated valleys below.

Tea is central to the local food experience, with fresh tea served at plantations and cafés throughout the highlands. Strawberries are another familiar local product and appear in desserts, drinks, jams, and other preparations. Vegetable steamboat, often served with locally grown produce, is a popular meal suited to the cooler climate. Markets also sell sweet corn, honey, flowers, and fresh vegetables grown in the surrounding farms. A distinctive feature of Cameron Highlands is the way agriculture shapes nearly every part of the landscape, with tea estates and intensive vegetable cultivation occupying slopes alongside protected montane forest.
